I was a chronic nail biter. Right down to the quick. When I was an office admin in my corporate life, whenever I wanted to get a new job, I could stop biting my nails long enough to get the job. Once I had the job, I started up again.

I spent a fortune on acrylic tips and gels – I even bought that awful stuff you brush on your nails. And guess what, they didn’t work.

Everybody nagged me. My father had a friend who had lost the tips of the fingers on one of his hands in an accident. My father would tell me that if I kept biting my nails, my fingers would eventually look like that. And my husband was always saying, “nails” when I’d start to bite my nails.

I always wanted to hide my hands. And subsequently my self-esteem suffered.

Then, I discovered hypnosis!

When I reached the point where I said “enough is enough” and decided to get that habit under control by my 50th birthday, I booked an appointment with a hypnotist in my town.

After two sessions, the habit was under control. And you wouldn’t believe how much my self-esteem increased when my nails started growing and I started taking care of them.

And when I went for my first real manicure – on my natural nails, the feeling was out of this world.

It was the best investment I ever made in myself!

And I was so amazed at how well hypnosis worked for me, I decided that I wanted to learn how to do it so that I could offer it to people like you, people who have the same habit I had that I never thought I could overcome.
